1) Summary
- Entertainment only: We do not process genetic data. We analyze images to generate fun, AI-based estimates.
- Minimal retention: By default, analysis images are deleted after 5 days unless you choose to save them.
- Control: You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
2) Data We Collect
- Images you upload: Photos of faces you choose to analyze, and related AI-generated outputs (e.g., trait/ancestry-by-appearance estimates, shareable cards).
- Account data: Email, username, profile photo (if provided or via social login).
- Purchase data: Subscription or credit purchase records from the Apple App Store / Google Play (we don’t store card numbers).
- Usage & device data: App interactions, crash logs, device identifiers, OS version, language, IP-derived general location.
- Cookies/Local storage (if applicable): To remember preferences and session state.
3) How We Use Data
- Provide core features: image upload, AI analysis, and result rendering.
- Improve accuracy and user experience (e.g., model performance, UI/UX, reliability).
- Process purchases, subscriptions, and fraud prevention.
- Customer support and communications (service messages, policy updates).
- Security and abuse prevention.
- Where permitted, analytics and aggregated insights (non-identifying).
4) Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
- Consent: For processing images and generating AI results, and (where required) analytics/marketing.
- Contract: To provide the App and paid features you request.
- Legitimate interests: App security, abuse prevention, product improvement.
- Legal obligation: To comply with laws and lawful requests.
5) Data Retention
- Images: Deleted after 5 days by default, unless you explicitly save them to your history or share them. You can delete saved items anytime.
- Account & purchase records: Kept while your account is active and as required by law/platform rules.
- Backups/logs: Retained for a limited period for security and reliability, then purged.
7) International Transfers
We may transfer data to countries outside your own (e.g., the EU/UK to the US or other regions). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.
8) Your Rights
- Access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data.
- Withdraw consent (does not affect prior processing).
- Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data authority.

9) Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided data without proper consent, contact us and we will delete it.
10) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege) to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11) Data Deletion & Account Closure
You can delete images from within the App (if saved) and request account deletion via yussef.bens@gmail.com. We will delete associated personal data unless retention is required by law or legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention, accounting records).
12) Cookies & Tracking
If we use cookies or SDK-based tracking, we do so for core functionality, performance, and (where permitted) analytics. Some regions require opt-in consent; we will honor your device or in-app preferences.
13) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, when required, provide additional notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
